About us

Looking for a place to play competitive golf in a friendly atmosphere?

Become a member of the Target Golf Association (TGA Tour)!

We continue to offer great golf experiences with an awesome schedule of tournaments on some of the best courses in the area. The final tournament of the year, the TGA Tour Championship, will be a 2 day tournament held in late September.

For each tournament the field will be divided up into flights for purposes of awarding prizes and Order of Merit points. However all members will compete and be ranked together on all 5 TGA Leaderboards, including the overall standings (TGA Order of Merit). Great prizes will be awarded at each tournament while the Leaderboard winners will be crowned at the Tour Championship in September. Members will also be able to track all scoring and multiple statistics through TGA's partnership with leaderboard.com.

Annual dues of $125 are required to join. Each tournament entry fee is $95 while the 2-day Tour Championship fee is $200 (taxes included). Plan to play in 1 or more and you just might end up playing in all 10!

Your spot in a Tournament is reserved when:

  • TGA receives online payment. Online payments not permitted after May 1st.
  • TGA receives a $95 cheque, post-dated 2 weeks prior to the Tournament you would like to enter.

Ten days before each Tournament date you will receive an email asking you to verify your entry, and if you are playing to also verify your current handicap index. You will then have 3 days to reply.

The Tournament draw (your teetime) will be available 5 days in advance.

NOTE: When submitting post-dated cheques at your 1st Tournament, remember that you can withdraw from a Tournament at any point up to 2-weeks before the Tournament date. For this reason we ask members to write cheques for each event which there is a chance they might play. You will receive notice before any cheque is cashed.

Some of benefits of joining the TGA Tour include:

  • comparatively low per-Tournament rate of $95 taxes included (includes green fee/prizes).
  • pre-booked weekend tee times on top-rated local courses
  • learn how to play by the Rules of Golf
